Tree Ring Ancestors

You are a child of plants. Long ago this planet needed intelligence to flourish and become a vehicle for subtle vibration. A location where light can settle in density. Live a span of beginning, a middle and an end where subtle vibration can die physically while leaving an imprint of cosmic data.

Your ancestors are more than star dust, they are intelligent family members who possessed qualities of awareness. An internal observer that was infused with star light. In forests, between trees, looking up to a rising or falling yellow disc in the sky, eyes were penetrated by photons. On flat lands covered with small shrubs, as birds initiated the coming day with song, hands stretched upwards and within stillness photons shot straight through motionless bodies, feet anchored in electric sensations. On cliffs where waves of the ocean smashed over jagged rock, in circles, in tribes, with humming that gurgled up from the gut, a sun overhead caressed faces with a mass of light, washing illness away into an ebbing tide.

Your blood is filled with their silence. A staring orb absorbing coded messages hidden in light. Your bones emit electric fields that circle up through your higher heart. A center of thymus, a training chamber for warriors, a temple to practice for battles the world has set against your youth.

If you practice the ancient traditions which birthed you to this moment, your blood will sing your ancestor’s songs as a vibration that is found in silence. Stand where the sun first touches the ground and open your mind through the pours of your skin. Digest a code of information emitted just for the earth, for the plants, thus for your inner ears. Hear a vibration that was once a song. A harmony that trained awareness to carry life’s experiences in a heart beat.

When sun leaves your horizon pause and lift your hands to the glimpse twinkling past your place on earth. Breathe like your bones are breathing, remember your body is also a circle of light.

A pulsing sphere of living energy that remains in the dark of night.
